Flexible. These roles are permanent part-time, so availability across a tasty mix of shifts (we’re talking weekdays and weekends) will work in your favour.

Fonda Mexican Surry Hills is seeking an energetic and passionate Restaurant Manager for a permanent full-time role with an eye on a career in management!

Our restaurant managers are responsible for:

  • Drive our guest experience, and ensure all Fondarians are delivering the “F.U.G” – Fonda Ultimate Guest Experience
  • Demonstrate and consistently deliver Fonda’s Steps of Service
  • Oversee the execution (and enjoyment) of our food and beverages
  • Coach your fellow team members and foster a culture of engagement and excellence
  • Maintain stock levels and have excellent logging skills
  • Manage labour costs, rostering and ensure timesheets are signed off on time and without problems
  • Manage the presentation of the restaurant and ensure it’s up to standards

Requirements

  • An ambition for hospitality management with atleast 2 years’ full-time Restaurant Management experience
  • Possess a current legal right to work in Australia
