Fonda Mexican Knox is seeking an energetic and passionate chef for a permanent part-time role with an eye on a career in management!

Our Chefs are responsible for:

  • The Guest Experience, including preparing food to dietary requirements.
  • The mentoring and development of BOH team members.
  • Delegation of duties to BOH team members.
  • Planning menu’s, controlling COG’s and Labour figures Stock rotation and ordering.
  • Food safety, including temp control of products, cookers and refrigeration.
