So you’ve placed your takeaway order directly with a Fonda restaurant, arranged to pick it up and something isn’t quite right. No bueno. Please contact the venue you ordered from directly, and we’ll make things right.

Arrival times, dietary requirements, your date; things change. Good thing you can update your booking details up to 6 hrs prior to your booking time. Updates closer to crunch-time will involve calling the venue directly.

To modify your booking, simply check the confirmation email connected to your reservation and hit ‘Edit’ to update the details accordingly. Don’t be alarmed by the ‘new booking’ vibes of it all. This is our system’s way of making sure we can accommodate your new info.

Fonda is cashless, baby! We accept all debit cards and major credit cards at the counter and at the table. Finance says “compliments aren’t a legitimate form of currency”, but we’re working on it.

Fun fact: Credit card payments at the counter or at the table attract a portion of our merchant fees (1.5%). Bankers, amirite? But, debit card payments at the counter are deliciously fee-free.

While our beef and chicken products come from halal-certified suppliers, Fonda itself is unfortunately not halal certified as we handle pork products in the same kitchens as our beef and chicken. And, we also serve alcohol in our restaurants.
